28 July 2022: Wohnen+ Basel passed another major milestone in its journey with the publication last week of details of the lease for our new homes in Westfeld.
The lease has been developed in German and English and was explained section by section at a special meeting for tenant-members. After all participants’ questions were answered, everyone was invited to an Apéro where we had time for informal discussion.
With this major part of our Verein’s development now taken care of, the next steps are the publication of final, total rental costs and the selection of move-in dates in early 2023.
